One friend. Strong bond. Unspoken words. Conversations not had.

Weak bond. No communication. Stress too loud to wanna reply. ADHD making me turn inwards.

Apparently she was mad at me.

I had no idea.

Apparently she was going through it, too,

- I didn’t know until we spoke again..

after time apart.

cause that’s what real friends do, right?

sometimes there’s a fight. or you just don’t talk for long.

you’re annoyed with each other,

and one of you forgets to say;

“hey girl, I’m actually not in the right headspace right now, so I hope you can bear with me”.

it’s the lack of communication that got to me.

suddenly I felt like the villain..

but, instead of taking it out on either of us, I just painted.

I let it out creatively.

I allowed the unfair emotions to splash onto the paper..

“Perfect” friends… yeah right. it’s not perfect. it never was. but also, it was never meant to be “Perfect”.

don’t worry, we still talk to this day, and if you ask me, things are better than ever.. ;)
