Ownership & Usage Rights

All artworks sold here — whether original paintings or framed photos — are created by the artist, $OUL.

• Personal use only: You may display your art at home or in a private space.

• Commercial use & display is not allowed unless we have signed a separate contract with clear terms.

• Commercial display (shops, cafes, offices, etc.):
  - Please contact me before purchasing for commercial use. A licensing or adjusted pricing agreement may apply. You will be asked to sign a Commercial Use Contract.

• Resale is permitted, but where applicable by law, the artist reserves the right to resale royalties. Please contact us for any clarification if in doubt.
